Speed Session – Saturday

Where: Meet on Bundeys Road. Opposite "Fitness on the Park". On the Uni Loop.
When: 8.30am. Every Saturday.
Speed Session Saturday has been in operation for approx. 30 years. The Session goes for around 1 hour and then the group congregates at the Meriden Lodge Melbourne Street for a coffee. The Sessions are many and varied, some are specific distances & some are based on times, with a hill session once a month.
The aims of the group are to improve runners speed which will in time bring down their race times and enable runners to achieve some personal bests.
